Producing without waste

How can we instill ethical practices at every stage of production, while encouraging environmental, social and entrepreneurial responsibility? Chevallove’s starting point is an observation: food factories throw away a great deal of unprocessed waste, when it is possible to give it a second life. By using organic materials that nobody uses – apple pomace, carrot peelings – Chevallove innovates by recycling these foods in such a way as to optimize their nutritional properties. Collected from local suppliers, treated as precious resources rather than surpluses, these ingredients are reintegrated into the food chain, then processed in a judicious and delicious way! Every PUR product is guaranteed to be of superior quality to its original ingredients.

Chevallove has set itself the goal of passing on its know-how and artisanal skills to all its partners, from the kitchen to the factory… A commitment that is reflected on a human scale, even in an industrial context:

The equestrian cookie is handmade in a food processing center according to a formula developed within the family and validated by experts in equine and human nutrition.
Chevallove operates only on facilities designed for human consumption, to guarantee the highest quality standards.

Food is processed during off-peak hours and night shifts, significantly reducing electricity consumption.
