The B Corp corporate network is one of the most demanding in the world. It encourages companies to act in the general public interest – the letter B stands for “beneficial”. B Corp companies are at the cutting edge of innovation, both in terms of governance and social responsibility. As a result, the assessment process for B Corp certification is extremely rigorous. Employee involvement, community benefits and all business activities are scrutinized in detail. For Chevallove, being B Corp certified means standing out at all times for ecologically sustainable solutions.
Our journey towards B Corp certification began as soon as we were founded in 2020. The first step was taken with the status of B Corp Pending through the establishment of solid governance with the adoption of a legal framework to protect our mission and brand equity as well as the first foundations for the measurement and management of our social and environmental performance. As a Certified B Corp company, all our products and services respect this mission-driven commitment to our raison d’être.
Aliments du Québec’s mission is “to promote the bio-food industry through the Aliments du Québec and Aliments préparés au Québec brands and their respective variations, for the benefit of the Quebec economy”. It is the only organization in the country that guarantees the origin of the products it controls and verifies. It encourages Quebecers to eat locally by providing trustworthy benchmarks through its universally recognized logos. Thanks to the organization, 1,500 companies and 25,000 products have been verified to guide consumers in their choices.

DUX is the first contest to recognize, promote and showcase products and initiatives that inspire Canadians to eat better. Eating better means choosing food products that are healthy for you and the planet. It means being aware of the entire product that is consumed, from the ingredients to the ecological footprint of the packaging.
