Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation e-mail. You will receive a further notification when your order has been dispatched.

We will use reasonable commercial efforts to deliver the products ordered as quickly as possible and within the times indicated, but these are approximate only. All products are delivered by a third party, and delivery is governed by their shipping agreements and is beyond our control.

We are not responsible for any losses, costs, damages, inconvenience, charges or expenses arising from any delay in delivery. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered or are not received because the recipient’s address given by you is not correct. Please ensure that the recipient’s address is correct. We reserve the right not to deliver to certain addresses or P.O. Boxes located in post offices or in a country or region limited in accessibility and availability of carrier service, or for any other reason.

 

DELIVERY RATES

Delivery is available within Canada only. Delivery charges will be calculated by our carrier during the checkout process.

We offer free shipping on purchases of $100 or more.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not ship outside Canada.

 

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@chevallove.ca with your name and order number, and we will review it for you.
